i love irish cream, so when this popped up in my search i was eager to make it. this dessert is so refreshing, smooth on the tongue and simple to make. I couldnt resist adding 1 tbsp more of irish cream. now thats irish cream!

Everyone loved this on St. Patrick's Day. I made one change....I had to make it gluten free, so I substituted the graham cracker ingredient for chopped pecans. Everyone love the crust.

Excellent! I made this in a pie dish & the flavor was not too chocolatly nor to Irish cream over powering . It's just right.

I've made this twice now and gotten good reviews both times. I get store-bought crusts and the filling is enough to fill two crusts. Makes it easier & quicker.

I made this recipe for a St. Paddy's Day gathering. It was a "smash hit"! I was pleased at how easy & quickly it went together. I had to make copies of the recipe for several guests before they left. I think I will make it with a chocolate crust next time.

I had never made this recipe before; but found it was very easy to make! I substituted the cocoa for french vanilla coffee and grated in 4 mini coffee crisp bars and it worked wonderfully. Shame I didn't have any irish cream - but the result - tasted like baileys anyway! We never need to buy cheesecake again because this is the best we have ever had! Didn't even need to use an electric blender for those who don't have one! TRY THIS RECIPE!
