This recipe turned out to be creamy and delicious. I was alarmed when I took it out at the 30-minute mark (as the recipe instructed) to stir it - it looked awful! It was extremely watery, the water and cheese sauce seemed to have separated - I thought there was no way it would finish cooking in the extra ten minutes the recipe called for. But I went ahead and followed the directions - stirred it really well, added the sour cream, stirred it well again, and topped it with cracker crumbs mixed with butter. When I took it out of the oven ten minutes later and let it sit out on the counter for a few minutes after that, as the recipe called for, it was perfect! Very good! I'll definitely make this again; I love not having to boil the noodles beforehand. Very easy recipe.
