Easy Apple-Cheddar Melts

I take these to parties and they area always gone in a flash. I usually do the prep work at home and pop them in the host's oven so they are hot when served.

It's the kind of treat you can make for a gathering that includes lots of kids, but the adults usualy have a hard time with the apple, cheese, sugar combo. I made this for a gathering of 40. I liked it, but most other parents didn't. The kids thought it was really neat.

These were very good. They went faster than I could make them. Must eat while warm or else the triscuit gets soft but this didn't seem to be a problem.

It was delicious!! We loved it - they went very fast! The only problem is that they tast great when warm, but once they get cold (after sitting out for awhile) they lose taste.
