My whole family liked this recipe. I added frozen corn and used a can of red kidney beans instead of black beans and also I used the taco seasoning idea...instead of taco sauce(because I didn't have it.) We put cheese on top and crushed corn chips in it. Next time we will also top with sour cream!! YUM!!

I added cheese to mine too and it was very good. Nice and hearty, perfect comfort food for a cold day. Was good leftover too.

I like this recipe my 3 year old said this is yummy mommy she a picky eater .I added some green peppers and cheese also

Easy, and tasty. I also added some shredded cheese on top. Served it with salad and some cresent rolls and it was a great meal.

I made this for a pig-in at work and everyone loved it. You can add a can of corn for extra color and veggies. This dish tastes even better re-heated.

this was SOOOOOOO good! i didn't have taco sauce like the recipe called for but i used taco bell seasoning packet instead. absolutely delicious! i'm making it again tonight.

Added a small can of mexican-style corn, used extra lean ground beef, and substituted a wheat blend pasta. This tastes even better reheated - we will definitely be making this again.
