Added a small can of mexican-style corn, used extra lean ground beef, and substituted a wheat blend pasta. This tastes even better reheated - we will definitely be making this again.

I enjoyed. Not much time needed to fix.

Very good! We added a little 2% shredded cheese on top and even my 5 year old ate it!

enjoyed this recipe. i added a cup of sourcream, some black olives, and a can of enchilada sauce to it to add a little something more. it was enough to feed a hungary family of five. i will make this often.

I really like this dish. My husband thought it was too hot and needed something... he added Fritos. But I think it's a keeper! I may add a little corn in it next time.

This is a great recipe for a quick 30 minute meal. My family requests this often. I usually serve this with cornbread. I use a medium salsa to give it an extra kick.

This was very good. I hadn't had chili mac since I was a kid! This was a great reminder. I would use a little less water, the sauce was too thin to me. But definitely serve with cornbread. Or even Mexican cornbread.
