This is a very refreshing recipe. I made two changes. I omitted the marshmallows and used 1/2.c. chopped pecans and a 15 oz. can fruit medley, lite. It was a hit for the Memorial Day family dinner. Super easy...............keep 'em coming.

I used fat free whip cream and lowfat vanilla yougart instead of the sour cream and Miracle Whip. It was very good. Great for a summer BBQ. Will make again using my adjusted version.

So good, refreshing. I added some diced cantalope, and garnished with maraschino cherries, halved. I don't usually use mayo with it, but it is good with the mayo, or Miracle Whip. Used less coconut and just garnished with it. Some of my guests either are allergic to coconut or just don't like it.

I used sugar free whipped topping instead of the mayo and sour cream. Cuts out calories and tastes great!

This is a good dessert. I omitted the miracle whip and just used sour cream w/the juice from the pineapples (crushed) and mandrian oranges. I also added chopped walnuts and sometimes I add marichino (did I spell that right?) cherries.

This is like a twist on a waldorf salad. I love it! Use lite miracle whip and maybe add almods next time.
