Very good & easy! Is filling enough to be a meal by itself.

Easy, yummy and inexpensive. Be sure to use SHARP cheddar, otherwise it will be a little bland.

We loved this chowder! I doubled everything except the potatoes. I will add more cheese next time. The veggies were done just right. :)

Pretty good on a cold night. Next time I will put some bacon or other meat in it. Not bad for a veggie chowder:)

I made this and my family loved it, although before trying it, my husband complained about it not having meat in it. Once he tasted it he said "it really didn't need meat" and he went back for seconds! I noticed a couple of complaints about it tasting to cheesy, we thought the amount of cheese called for was perfect and I would not change it, but we do love cheese!

I just finished making this chowder and had my first taste. It's pretty good, but I think its a bit too cheesy. Compared to the picture on the recipe, mine turned out too orange. I added about 1-2/3 cup of cheese, which was still too much. I would recommend cutting down a bit on the cheese. The vegetables were perfectly cooked though. I'll be making this again with a few modifications.

I made this for St. Patricks Day and wow! It was sooo easy and good. I think next time I will put bacon bits on the top. It was so good and all of the veggies weren't over cooked and it was so good! I am definately going to make this again!
