Spinach Lasagna

What You Need

eggs, beaten

container (16 oz.) BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN 2% Milkfat Low Fat Cottage Cheese

pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained

cups KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, divided

1/2

cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided

jar (24 oz.) spaghetti sauce, divided

lasagna noodles, cooked

Make It

HEAT oven to 350°F.

MIX eggs, cottage cheese, spinach, 2 cups mozzarella and 1/4 cup Parmesan.

LAYER 1 cup spaghetti sauce, 3 lasagna noodles and half the cottage cheese mixture in 13x9-inch baking dish. Repeat layers. Top with remaining noodles, sauce and cheeses.

BAKE 45 min. or until heated through. Let stand 10 min. before serving.

I did add more sauce to it. It seemed like it was too dry to me before. Two is too many....will get the big Sam's size jar next time.

This was ok..made it exactly as recipe stated. The spinach was too tough...the texture of this was really just awful. Was not smooth and creamy like other spinach lasagnas I have had. Overall flavor was just kind of generic. Won't be making again.

I made this recipe for my family and they loved it! Spinich is one of the best things that you can eat and this is a good way to get it in your diet. I would definitly make this again!

I've made this dish numerous times. My family and I LOVE it! I always add additional seasoning, but other than that it is VERY good!

I made this for a family get together. Everybody loved it and asked for the recipe. I would definitely make this again! Also, I did think it was better tasting the first day it was made.

I made this but used just what I had so there were several changes: Tomato Basil Pasta Sauce, one egg white, Italian Blend Cheese, and I added a can of mushrooms. My husband loved it so I'll definitely try it again and stick with the recipe next time just so we can compare.

This was excellent. I added shredded chicken breast and it was so YUMMY! Even my picky family loved it. Will make again.
