Spinach Lasagna

my husband and i rate recipes together, and he swears this one is a six :) the only difference was that we used ricotta cheese instead of cottage. this is an amazing lasagna- our new favorite! :)

Great! The spinach really added something to the lasagna.

This was quick and simple! Didn't miss the meat at all. Only thing since I love cheese I added Provolone cheese as well. But was able to freeze for several dinners/lunches.

Very easy and delicious! I was generous with the pasta sauce and ended up using two jars.

Very easy recipe to make. I used the oven ready lasagna noodles which made it even easier and quicker. I mixed in all the shredded parmasean cheese and sprinkled the grated parm on top before baking. Stayed together very nicely. Try it - you'll like it!

I've made this many times...it's great! I add chopped onion and minced garlic to the spinach mix. I don't even make lasagna with meat anymore; we like this one better. The two of us can usually finish half the first night!

I have made this recipe at least a dozen times by now. I've also finally figured the best way to drain the spinach well (so the lasagna isn't runny). This dish is AMAZING. Everyone raves and goes back for seconds. I've had soooo many people asking me for "my" recipe. And trust, freezing and/or reheating later...still delish! Now that I know the recipe by heart I can whip this together in 10 mins and then enjoy a glass of wine while I lounge and wait :)

This recipe was so easy to make and tasted great! My 5yr old looked at the dish and said "I know I'm gonna like this one!" and he sure did. My family ate every drop of this lasagna.

When I first told my husband I was going to make this, he kind of stuck his nose up at it and said, "What, NO meat". Well let me tell you, he said it was better then with the meat in it. And because it made so much, we shared some with our neighbor and they truly enjoyed it too and asked for the receipe.
