I was looking for a good lasagna to make for my husband. He is a true lasagna lover. He said the lasagna was almost better than his mothers (the ultimate compliment!). I have tried it with hamburger, but it was much better the original way. I do add a bit more cheese to the top though.

this was excellent, I didn't miss the meat at all. I have a family of 4 and only one serving was left. Easy and simply to make

Excellent. I do add meat (sausage or hamburger) to the sauce.

Pretty good. I added freshly cut oregano and Thyme from the garden to pick it up a notch.

I made this lasagna for my family and they absolutely loved it!! In fact my brother-in-law commented that it tasted better than the Olive Garden. The only thing that differed from the original was that I added italian sausage to the red sauce. Simple and easy...just as I like it! Thanks!

Great for a cook-ahead meal. I divide it and freeze it for a quick lunch.

My husband does not like spinach but reluctantly tried this lasagna. He loved it! I used 1/2 cottage cheese and 1/2 ricotta chesse and it turned out fantastic.
