This recipe became an instant favorite! Used 1/4 tsp cinnamon and 1/4 tsp ginger. I served them with 2 topping choices: the marshmallow/coconut mixture and the other half with marshmallow/pecan. Even those who do not like sweet potatoes loved them.

They were great. The apple juice makes it. An easy way to make a hurry-up dinner special.

I made this for Thanksgiving and my mom loved it so much she made it for Christmas dinner! Instant classic in our family!

These were great!! I would prefer the potato mixture to be a tad sweeter than it turned out (I even added a little extra brown sugar), but it was still really good! Also, instead of ginger, I used pumpkin pie spice. This side dish helped make a rather plain pork chop dinner into something a bit more fancy!

Great recipe! Although I initially cooked the potatoes in the microwave than baked. Cuts time in half. Yummy!

My family loved these. I made them for Thanksgiving and at first people were confused because it was different but they all ended up asking me to make them again.
