I made these potatoes tonight for dinner and all my 16 year old son could say was "amazing." I guess I'll be making them again!

This recipe was soooo good. I made it thinking that it would be a nice side dish for my baked chicken. It turned out to be the main course. Everyone wanted seconds and they loved it. The kinds put ketchup on it and said they were the best fries ever. I will make this over and over again.

Quick and easy. Instead of the italian seasoning. I used one of those Italian dressing seasoning packets. It turned out to be so delicious.

I have made this recipe twice. The second time I had to double the recipe because my family enjoyed it so much. I did not have new potatoes so I used red and it turned out great!

We make this recipe on the grill in a disposable aluminum pan over indirect heat. They take about an hour on medium low/medium heat.
