This is so easy to make and tastes wonderful. I lined the cookie sheet with parchment paper first, and clean-up was a breeze. Everyone at dinner had seconds. Will make again for sure.

I've tried Kraft's other Golden Parmesan Potatoes (which we love), but like the idea of the olive oil in this recipe rather than butter. Good either way.

My 3 growing boys love potatoes and I'm always searching for new variations to make a new favorite, this one- hands down- took the crown! I left the skins on and sprinkled with (real) bacon bits and cheddar cheese and then baked for 5-8 min. longer- Yum!!

I made this with the following changes: replace Italian seasoning with 1 1/2 teaspoons Kraft Good Seasons Garlic & Herb Salad Dressing and Recipe Mix. Mix all ingredients except potatoes in medium bowl with a whisk until combined, then add potatoes and coat. Watch the cooking time; mine were done after 30 minutes. Enjoy!

I'm not that great with side dishes, so anything easy and good is a keeper!
