This is how my mom would make grilled cheese when I was a kid. I still love it on a cold rainy day with a bowl of tomato soup. YUMMMM!;0)

This is a great sandwich for the cooler months, I spruce it up by adding 2 strips cooked bacon and a slice of onion cooked in butter or micro in tsp of water.
