I made two pies. The first one following your recipe to the letter and the second pie a modified version for a Weight Watcher's point system using Cool Whip Free and lowfat vanilla ice cream and figured in the crust based on an 1/8 of a pie slice totalling 5 points . The only change in the modified version I would make in the future is not thawing for 15 min because it was somewhat runny. So, I suggest keeping it frozen. This pie was a refreshing way to end an Easter celebration and I thank you!
