Lemonade Stand Pie

Very Easy to make and delicious!!

This pie was great and really refreshing!! I made it with a little less lemonade mixture just so it wasn't so tart. I will make this pie again for sure!

I actually made this with lemon iced tea, and it turned out wonderful. I also garnished the pie with fresh lemon slices, and squeezed a half a lemon into the mix before filling the crust. A definite hit - will certainly make again (perhaps with lemonade, though, this time!)

really super easy and and tasty on a hot day i just wish it had a little more of a lemon kick to it!! but so worth making!!!

I have made this recipe 6 times in the past 2 months and it is a HUGE hit with the whole family....I use low fat icecream and cool whip. I also add lemon juice for added flavor and garnish with a lemon wedge and dollop of whipped cream. YUM!

I usually mess everything up, but this recipe is so easy! It is great to make on a hot day. Give it a try!

I have made this no less than a dozen times over the years and it is ALWAYS a hit! I've made it for bake sales, for company events, family picnics, and just for a nice treat when the weather is hot. It is super easy, inexpensive to make, and virtually impossible to mess up! I try to use the creamiest vanilla ice cream I can (ie-Ben and Jerry's) to give it that extra creaminess factor and I always garnish the top with a fresh slice of lemon. Yum! I'm so excited to make it for our company bake sale this week.
