it never thickened to spoon into my crust so I had to pour it in and freeze it which made a not so tasty texture.

I've made this recipe twice this week and everyone (plus me) has loved it. It is such a cool and refreshing (also light) dessert. Thanks for the recipe.

Awesome...light and delicious. I've made it both with lime and strawberry. My family loves both. I like to use this recipe and experiment with different jello flavors.

Very easy, low in calories and tasty! I made this over the holidays and everyone loved it. I got one slice and my teenage kids ate the rest it was that good! If you love key lime pie you will love this too.

I make this all time also using the lemon zest and juice. I don't use the water i just put in 1 cup of water and stir till mixture is cool and then put in a 8oz container of coolwhip. Also good in rasberry and & strawberry flavored minus the zest and juice.

This was very cool and refreshing - and yummy with the graham cracker crust. However, I think it would be a good idea to double the ammount of Cool Whip to make sure it isn't just Jello on a crust.

I had everything to make this except the pie crust, so I just mixed everything together and poured it into parfait glasses and served with a dollip of whipped cream on top. Wonderful and you don't have to worry about it setting up!
