I could've sworn I rated this recipe before...I get requests all the time to make this pie, it's so light and delicious. I made it again a few days ago with "Extra Creamy" Cool Whip instead of the regular and it made a big difference, the pie was even more creamy and delicious than ever.

I made this pie for a party in the summertime. It was such a big hit. Everyone loved it. Sooo easy to make.

I added (1) can of evaporated milk and 1/4 cup lime juice to the whipped cream and 2 TBSP sugar when I mixed up the jello mixture, and let it beat for (3) minutes. After I poured it into the crust I put the remaining whipped cream on the top.
