Lower cal version of Key Lime Pie - this one is a keeper! Zest the limes and juice them first, and then you'll be all ready to toss everything else together. Delish!

Great on a hot summer day. Make sure the ice is completely melted and be quick to add the other ingredients - to make sure it sets. My teens loved it!

It tasted great! For some reason it wouldn't ever set.. not sure what I did wrong.. but, it tasted good none the less.

I melted about 8 oz. of chocolate chips and spread it in the crust before adding the filling. The combo of lime and chocolate was wonderful.
