Excellent recipe. Make sure pudding is INSTANT and BEAT LONG ENOUGH so that it THICKENS. I used almost whole jar of preserve.

I used this recipe for a family reunion and everyone went crazy over it! The creamcheese pudding makes it taste like cheesecake and it is incredibly easy to make. Several people asked me for a copy of the recipe.

I have made a very similar recipe that is very good but this one soulnds much better. I like that it has the cream cheese in it.

Everyone loves this when I make it. It is easy. I use angle food cake instead of pound to keep the fat down.
