This recipe turned out great and was a huge hit at our house, even my 4 year old ate it all! The only modification I was was I left out the peas since we aren't huge fans of peas. Otherwise made the recipe straight as it is. Will definately be making this one again.

This was good. I substituted bacon for proscuitto and used baby bella mushrooms. Had a good flavor.

We all LOVED this Risotto. Even the kids! It is VERY FILLING! we made it our meal. I even added this recipe to the cookbook that I am working on for the kids when they are grown.

Very good. I used bacon instead of prosciutto and skipped the mushrooms (not a fan), but still had great flavor. A little time consuming, but worth it.

Risotto is my Husband's favourite meal and he really enjoyed this one. I also added finely chopped celery at the beginning stages which gave it even more flavour!

I think this was the first time I made a meal where I have included blue cheese. This recipe tasted quite good.
