The biscuits came out really fluffy and everyone enjoyed them, including me!! I added butter on the tops at the end of the last few minutes of cooking time. Also, I cooked them at 425.
Tasty, fluffy...but kind of flat, not risen like the picture!
Very good biscuits had to adjust liquid so they are not to sticky.
These were great. My dough was to sticky to knead so I made drop biscuits they browned good and i didn't add any extra flour.Baked on 375 d. cooked for 12-15 min. MMMMMMMM-MMMMMMMM!!!
These biscuits were very easy to make and turned out great. I used buttermilk instead and also lowered the temp. to 425. Will make again soon.
These were absolutely the best biscuits I have ever made. Came out perfect and tender. Baked at 425 for about 12 min. I've made LOTS of biscuits, but these are by far the best!
These were good and easy. Didn't have a biscuit cutter so used a knife to cut squares. That made them a little uneven but still good. Will make again. -A cook in St. L, MO.
I have made these several times. They get better every time! I would make them more often if they didn't take so long to make, only because of chasing a baby around. VERY GOOD though.
These were the first biscuits I made, and they were really good! They're not like my Momaw's or Mom's, but for me they were great. I halfed the recipe, put the oven on broil for a few minutes and brushed some melted butter on them after they were done. I will make them again!
When the dough was completely mixed up it was too sticky and I had to add more flour to make it manageable. Also, when I cooked them they did not rise and turned out to be flat bread but edible. Any suggestions as to what happened?
