I add salt and brown rice to mine, definitely a fan favorite at my place! :)

I left out the Italian seasoning since the Italian bread crumbs were enough. I also added green peppers with the onions. It was super moist and very flavorful. If you have more than 3-4 people you should get more than 1lb of meat though.

I used Italian Stove Top for the bread crumbs and left the onions out and this recipe was delicious! I will definitely be making this again. :)

This was an amazing recipe. I doubled the recipe and used Italian flavored breadcrumbs as well. It was great! Will definitely be making it again, as it was a hit with the kids.

Only thing different I did was add a little chopped green bell pepper and used shredded parmesan instead of grated. My husband LOVED this and my son liked it even though he hates meatloaf. It took an hour at 375 to cook through. Next time I will add salt and pepper... there will definitely be a next time.

I loved everything about this recipe. I followed it exactly and it came out amazing. For some reason I had to cook mine at 400 for an hour in order for it to cook through, but that's probably just my oven. Adding this to my go-to dinner list!

A very good meatloaf, I also use Italian bread crumbs and omit the italian seasoning. Very versitile too, it would be easy to add different seasonings to it to change up the flavor.
