Delicious! I used 1 1/2 pounds of meat instead of 1 pound. I just added a little extra of everything else (except egg).

We liked the meatloaf so much, this time I combined all the ingredients at once, shaped into patties and browned in a large skillet. Simmered in additional sauce and put over spaghetti, you have a very quick and delicious meal!

I would add a half a cup of sauce into the meat instead of the quarter cup divided. I would put the quarter cup on top.

I used finly chopped clelery and onions,"Kraft" Stove Top stuffing for pork I did not have a 12x8 inch backing dish, so I used a 9.5X5inch loaf Pan, which produced a lot of dripings. I poured the dropings off added some spaghetti sauce and thickend with corn starch. I poured this mixture over the sliced meat loaf. Everyone loved it. From a retired Marine that knows how to improvise.

Great meatloaf! Sautéed the onion with a bit of fresh garlic before adding to meat. Also, used Kraft's Grated Parmesan/Romano cheese instead of all Parmesan.

Fantastic!! We substituted the parmesean cheese for shredded sharp cheddar cheese and it was just as good!! Great quick and easy meal!
