i made these eggs for my boyfriend and i for breakfast. he's not a very picky eatter, but this is the one thing he politely asked me to "never make again." neither of us enjoyed these eggs.
These eggs are excellent! The cream cheese (low fat) makes them very moist and tasty!
I hated making eggs because they always turned out to be gross but when I made this recipe OH MY GOD these eggs are da bomb! I made myself a very big pan and ate them all with my fiance who enjoyed them just as much as i had. they turned out fluffy and delicious
I prepared this recipe on Christmas morning. It was very simple to prepare and tasted excellent. Definately a keeper recipe. I added a touch of garlic powder, onion powder, and chives to the eggs before cooking. I also chose fat free cream cheese.
this recipe made me believe in miracles again. no matter what kind of eggs I made I could never get my fiance to eat it.When I made this recipe he cleaned the plate.great.

This was WONDERFUL and EASY!
I love eggs, and love cream cheese, but this was a bit much. The cream cheese seemed to overpower the eggs, and it was too thick for my liking. This may work if you increase the milk or reduce the cream cheese, but I'll stick to good old eggs, butter and a tad of milk.
Excellent! The cream cheese is the trick to giving a wonderful creamy texture to the eggs. You'll never have dry tasteless scrambled eggs using this recipe. My kids love them and so do I! Try sauting some chopped spring onions in the melted butter before adding the egg mixture. Superb flavor!
