I made this tonight but after reading other reviews I decided to do two versions so we could decide what we liked. I did one with ranch and one with miracle whip. The only thing I changed about the rest of the recipe was add a little milk so it wasn't so dry. In the end our family decided we liked the ranch the best :)

This sounded so good, but it tasted like I was eating Miracle Whip right out of the container. From now on I'm sticking with milk only in mashed potatoes.

Instead of Miracle Whip, I used milk and cream cheese. Came out great and I would make it again.

One word - YUMMY! I did add some sour cream and cream cheese plus seasoned more to taste. This is a special treat for Holidays.
