I prepared this for dinner, but I did modify this recipe. I prepared a batch and a half, and added the following: 6-1/2 potatoes, 6 tablespoons of salad dressing, 3 tablespoons milk, 7 slices of cooked-crumbled bacon, 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper + 1/8 teaspoon pepper, 1 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese. A batch and a half will make 7 servings. Hubby and I really enjoyed these potatoes!
