I've made these potatoes several times including for Thanksgiving. Everyone always seems to enjoy it. I added Ranch and Miracle Whip-probably more of the Ranch so that the potatoes were more creamy than thick and sticky.

Along with the Stuffed Meatloaf, this was our side dish and it went fast. Very good and tasty. I think the bacon added made it unique and delicious.

Oh these potatoes are so good! Very creamy and Very easy to make! I made it for Thanksgiving it was a big hit with my family, and my kids loved it! I will make it again. :)

Unbelievably yummy! I only had 1/4 cup of Miricle Whip, so in addition, I added a 1/4 cup prepared Ranch dressing. It added a GREAT zippy flavor.

I used sour cream instead of miracle whip, and sprinkled scallions on the top, yum yum.

Tantalizing blend of cheese, potatoes, and bacon. Great dish for the family or to take to picnics or parties.
