I used the recipe but to vary it I baked the potatoes and then scooped out the insides . After blending the potatoes with the other ingredients, I placed it in a casserole dice and topped with cheese and put in the oven to crisp. The children went wild. They have asked for more. I wii definitely be doing more of it.

it came out much better than i thought it would i added some monterey jack cheese to the chedder chees so there was about 1/3 more cheese also added some garlic powder
