I made this the other night and my hubby says he likes this alot better than chicken pot pie. I used shredded sharp cheddar cheese and added cream of mushroom soup, seasonings (garlic powder, pepper, coriander) This is a new favorite for us.

THIS IS GREAT WHEN YOU HAVE A HOUSE FULL OF MEN. THEY LVOE THE MEAT AND POTATES AND CAN'T TASTE THE VEGGIES.

I made this and instead of the ground beef I used cut up chicken breasts. It was absolutely fabulous! Very fast and easy. Great to make when you don't have much time. Very filling too!

I didn't have Velveeta so I subed grated cheddar. Being a good cajun girl, I don't make anything without onions and bell pepper and I used frozen mixed vegies. The result was very well recieved. I froze half of the filling for supper another night. Now I have an easy supper for a tough day.

Yum... I will be making this again, but may try and cut the recipe in half for my family of four. We had so much left!

It was nice to have an easy way to make fresh pot pie, not store bought. Kids thought it'd be better with a bit more sauce but definitely a do it again recipe.
