Very good dish! My teenagers and very picky husband told me to "save" this recipe so I can make it again. I did add a little paprika and pepper for seasoning and I also eliminated the peas and carrots and added extra potatoes and corn.

I was surprised how good this was. It was really easy and quite tasty. I will make it again. Next time I will cook the beef in seasoning so it has more flavor.

My boyfriend loved it! Even went back for thirds. I also used the canned potatoes to save time. It tasted great!

I love this recipe and make it often. I substitute the gravy for cream of chicken with a little milk and I use canned diced potatoes so it doesn't take long to cook at all.

Simply divine. I am still eating the leftovers and enjoying every bite! I will definitely be making this again. I think the carrots give it a really nice taste.

This was very yummy!! I will make again but on the weekend cause of all of the prep (the onions and potatoes, etc). The whole dish was devoured!! I just used the pan I boiled my potatoes in to make the "gravy" in so I had one less dish to wash. I put a little extra cheese in and it was a little too much.

We loved the meal. I highly recommend. The velveeta makes it delicious, plus it has vegetables in it as well. Really good!

We have a winner!!! When the 4 year old goes back for seconds and then ask for it to be put in his lunch box... it goes on the make again list! And he is a very picky eater!
