We've made this twice because it is super easy & super good. The kids love it and so does my fiance.

My whole family loved this! I hate meatloaf, and this was such a refreshing change from the same old dry, cookie cutter meatloafs I have had in the past.

Just finished serving this dish to my family (including my mom). Everyone loved it. It is a nice twist on the old fashioned meatloaf dinner. Easy to make. Even mom liked it and she is a hard sale.

Made with homemade mashed potatoes instead of instant - was EXCELLENT! Will definitely make again.

This is soo good!! Everyone LOVED it. This time I used 1/4c of spicy bbq and 1/4 regular to give it a little zip. I love the potatoes too. Now any time I make potatoes they have to have cream cheese in them.

To me, this tasted horrible! I measured the potatoes and they came out too thick to spread. I wanted to try something different on my meatloaf with the bbq sauce, but I think I'll just stick to tomatoe sauce. Won't be making this again. No one ate it..we just ordered some pizza instead!
