Thanks for the suggestion about reducing the bread to 3 slices and adding 1/2 cup salsa. It worked beautifully and was a big hit.

This recipe alittle to dry, maybe less bread next time.

Very good, I put in 2-3 cloves of crushed garlic, only 3 slices of bread, and 1/2 cup salsa and a little salt. Made the dish come alive.

I would make this recipe again but without so much bread. The bread was a little mushy.

Recipe is very easy and great for family gatherings and house guests. Will deffinately make it again.. I served it with salsa and sour cream for the adults and everyone had seconds.
