This is a good recipe. My mom is lactose intolerant, so I used soy milk. unfortunately we only had Vanilla Soy Milk. so the eggs came out sweet. And I put potatoes into it. It was good! my family loved it. I'm gonna have to make it again.

Not very good. The bread was very mushy. If I make it again, I'll use english muffins, not wheat bread.

Needs a little bit more taste - I'll probably use more spices next time.

Made this casserole last night and it was a great success! My husband is a 'big' eater and he loved it. It also was a hit with my 15-month-old son. I added ground turkey sausage for a little protien, it turned out great!

I made this for a group of women this morning. It was a huge hit! Extremely easy, make it the night before and pop it in the oven in the morning....can't beat it! I will make it agaiin, and again.

This receipe is for health nuts. I need one for us unhealthy old folks. Include sausage, or other meat, maybe chopped ham and real eggs and real milk and real cheese. This is for a once a month treat for us old folks that love good food.

It was ok, it had good use of flavors and color. Although it is not a recipe I would make agian.

If I made it again I would cut the 2 cups of bell peppers in half. I love bell peppers, but they were overpowering! It tasted as if the bell peppers were the main ingredients rather than the egg!
