Just made this recipe tonight, it was super fast and had really good flavor. I added some red bell pepper I had on hand with the green.

My family just loved this. I made a few changes to it. I used Red and orange peppers not green. And my husband add the crushed red peppers to his plate only. My Kids are not fans of rice but they liked this dish.

I have made this a few times now, and I really like it. I use tomato sauce instead of the diced tomatoes. I like more rice then sausage so the amount of rice worked well for me.

This was just okay for my husband and I. It seems like it needs more tomato sauce or less rice should be used. I don't think I'll be making this again.

This was great! I added a can of kidney beans and a little shredded cheese I was trying to use up and it was absolutely amazing!

I made this dish late last night after a busy day and not being home. It was excellent and very easy to prepare. It came together as quick as it says and we really enjoyed it. I made black eyed peas with it, too. I will definately make this dish again and again. In the past I have used the Zatarans boxed mix, but this tasted better and was quicker to prepare. Try it, you'll like it!

I have made this 2 times. Once I used frozen pepper and onion mix (like for fajitas) and once with fresh. I found the taste good either way, but I believe there to be too much rice, so I would reduce the rice. Also, if you do not like spice, I would reduce the pepper. I found eliminating it to be too bland. Instead of water try using chicken broth.

Forgot something...Because I used uncooked rice, I only used 1 1/2 cups. Also, I used regular smoked sausage. I guess with all these changes, I didn't really make this recipe...but it was still good!

This was really fast and easy to make! I used chicken bouillon cubes, and it turned out fantastic. I added a bit of hot sauce instead of the crushed red pepper. My fiance is a bit picky & not a fan of spicy foods, but he really liked this dish!
