This was a great dish, I have to say though I took everyone else's types and made it my own and it was delicious. I added chichen bouillon cubes, worcestershire sauce and 28 oz. can of tomatoes. This is a great dish to play with.
I make this often varying it with chicken and sausage. I also add different colored peppers.
Very Quick, Very tasty meal add cheese for a creamier taste.
This recipe was very good. My family enjoyed it and we will definitely have this again soon. I did add a bouillion as others suggested. Needless to say there were no leftovers!!!
Family loves this recipe, and it's so easy to make. I cook brown rice for 7 minutes in the microwave prior to adding it to the pan, however...5 minutes is not long enough to cook rice!
We enjoyed this recipe quite a bit, though I did add a veggie bouillion cube after other reviews called it bland. The brown rice does take a few more minutes, but to me the flavor is well worth the wait. I might try adding a can of kidney beans next time just for fun, but this was really good as is.
Very good, but I made the recipe with the Minute brown rice, and it took longer than the five minutes to simmer. I think it would taste better with the white rice. Still, it is a good recipe with a good taste, even with the brown rice.

Coming from a college stuent's point of view it was really easy. I used Cajun sausage instead of turkey and it gave it a great flavor. It even attracted people from across the hall! Will absolutely make this again.
Too bland if made as directed; I had to add some spicy baked beans (1/2 can) and cajun seasoning. Next tim, I will use a drained can of Rotel to spice it up. Just a little plain, but VERY easy to make, and very fast. Good base to add to.
