This is a great quick dinner, and if you have picky eaters that don't like spicey food, just don't add the red pepper, or do a pan of each.

This was so simple to prepare. Spicy sausage makes it wonderful. Play with different color bell peppers. It is just nice b/c quick recipes are usually always chicken or ground beef.

How could anything that only takes 15 minutes taste this good! Only thing I added was a 1/2 teaspoon of salt to give this dish a wonderful blend of flavors. Excellent!

my husband loved it! I also added 1 tsp of crushed red pepper to give it a kick!

We really liked it! I used cooked brown rice for a healthier choice. I used crushed tomatoes with mushrooms and green peppers because that's what I had on hand. It didn't affect the taste. This truly is fast and easy. My husband says he'd eat it again. It tastes similar to Jambalaya.

This is a good and quick recipe for busy moms, but if you do not like the heat from the crush red pepper you can always either reduce it or not use it at all.

I LOVE this recipe. SO easy and SO good. You could spice it up or down depending on your taste. You could try spicy sausage or even add some hot salsa to the mix. Very versatile.
