Subbed white grape juice for the wine, not one to use stuff like that personally. But it was absolutely delicious! I think I'll sweeten the cream cheese just a tad next time, and probably cut the overall recipe in half for my family of 3, expected them to be much smaller and less filling, boy was I wrong!

Really enjoyed this recipe, my husband likes the crepes thinner so I won't put as much of the mixture in the skillet next time. Will definetly make again.

I loved it! I added a little vanilla to the cream cheese to sweeten it up a bit. My boyfriend however thought it was too rich. I would make it again for girl friends

Simply Delicious.. Made this this morning (14/02/2010) for Valentine Breakfast and the flavor of lemon made a fantastic "yumminess" to it.. Will definitely make this again.. Used strawberry jam...

Has anyone substituted anything for the wine, if you don't have it on hand? Haven't tried it myself yet but will, sounds excellent. Always looking for a good crepe recipe.

These were really good! I omitted the lemon zest and added vanilla.

These were excellent! I did substitute out the champagne for some white grape sparkling water, and it was delicious. I served it at a get together brunch, and everyone loved it. Not too sweet, but just enough. Love it!
