I made this recipe for a New Years Eve get together and it was just yummy. Everyone raved about them and asked for the recipe. I made these with imitation crab meat as I am allergic to crab meat. This way even I could eat them.

This recipe is an absolutly winner. I made it as an appetizer for a birthday party dinner and everyone loved it. I received so many compliments taht I felt a "little" embarrassed. Thanks for sending it

I am going to make this recipe but it says large mushrooms, it should say the diameter of the mushroom like 1-1/2 to 2" diameter mushrooms as an example.

I use a mixture of saltine crackers and ritz. Or oyster crackers and ritz. Ground up fine. The flavor is better I think. Try it.

We always pick alot of crabs out throughout the summer and keep crabmeat on hand. I am always looking for recipes with crab. This one has turned out to be a favorite in my family. Easy to make.
