I usually have to double this recipe since we all flock to these mushrooms at family gatherings! They are SO AMAZING!!!

Very yumpious! I did add my own twist to them and it was all the better.. I added some parmesan cheese and just a dash of cayenne pepper. I also put some shredded mozzarella cheese on them. Soooo good!

I made these for Thanksgiving everyone loved them so much that I had to make some just so we could have them with dinner.

I don't like mushrooms at all. However, my husband loves them, so as a treat, I decided to make this for him. He loved it! I have a feeling that any time we can get fresh mushrooms, I'll be making this for him! A definite keeper in my house!

Wonderful! More of a method than a recipe, as once you've made it you can add whatever else you would like, without all the measuring and exactness!
