I used the chive and onion cream cheese which made it much better than plain cream cheese. This way you can leave out the onions or add them to make them even better!!

My family loved it! I used really big mushrooms and stuffed them full of the crabmeat mixture so as to use it all up. It was really good!

I tripled the recipe and had a TON of filling left. Next time I'll double the filling and triple the mushrooms. The only reason why I'd hesitate to make this recipe again is expense.

Oh, YUMMMM! Flavors are beautifully blended ~ they look and taste like restaurant/gourmet quality stuffed mushrooms. I used italian seasoned bread crumbs to give it an added boost. Nice and easy recipe.

Crab meat just went down to $9.95 per can from $13. have made it more than once. I also made it for a church function and that was a mistacke. Reason: there were about 75 members and I had mushroom crowded in one caserole. Everyone that went first took one; I expected some to skip but they did not. So while the line was still rather long, all the mushrooms were gone. There stood the only empty caserole. It's not a caserole for a crowd -- or is it??
