Yes, the recipe has changed but for the better. I made fudge using the new recipe and it is the creamiest, most delicious fudge I have ever made. Like the others that have commented, I was used to adding chocolate chips but believe me, the Baker's chocolate makes a better fudge. I'm also glad to see the recipe that relied on boiling times has been dropped. The only way to make good fudge is by using a candy thermometer. Please do not change this recipe, it is your best yet.
