I hope my previous comment posted. I just tried this with peanut butter chips and it came out great, but a little soft. I was in a hurry and really needed to cook it a bit longer. I have some left over peanut butter chips and I bought some milk choc bars that were on sale. So I was going to try that out. Glad to see that other people have done the same with great results. Has anyone made this using peppermint or other flavorings instead of vanilla?

This is a great recipe. I have made it with marshmallow's and it was a rockyroad fudge. I also cut the sugar back by 1/2 and did not notice a huge change. I have used peanut butter chips and made peanut butter fudge and everybody loves it everytime I make it.

this is not the old recipe, it does not have the same texture as the old recipe, it is more gooey, and doesn't melt in your mouth like the old one
