Asparagus and Shrimp with Penne Pasta

Asparagus and Shrimp with Penne Pasta recipe
It's a 30-minute pasta dish. But with shrimp, asparagus and a saucy feta cheese dressing, it's as good for company as it is for weeknight-dinner rotation!

This was so good and so easy to make. I'm going to try it with chicken as well. I didn't change a thing and the flavor was GREAT. Another winner from Kraft. Actually, I have yet to make one of their recipes that I haven't liked.

This is so easy and paired with a salad it's a healthy and filling meal. I didn't have the Good Seasons dressing so I just used the Kraft Light Italian in its place. Turned out great and my roommate loved it!

My hubsband just loved it. He was glad to see pasta with something other than tomato sauce. He said "this is a keeper".

Really easy to make and so good! I make this meal probably once a week. However, I use roasted red peppers ... it gives it something a little extra.

My boyfriend and I enjoyed this recipe. Instead of a red pepper, I used a medium tomato and added it at the end when I was tossing eveything together. I also subsituted the feta for mozerella cheese. It went great with a bottle of white wine and a nice salad. I would definitely make again. One note: make sure to have the pasta already started cooking before cooking the asparagus and shrimp.
