I've made this several times and it has always been a hit. I served it hot and cold either way it's a great dish.

I really don't like asparagus but my husband does. so I thought I would try it since I have been trying at lease one new recipe a week. My family loved it. I loved it to even the asparagus. I use roasted garlic vinaigrette dressing. just as a short cut.

I made this recipe for family and company, everyone loved it. It's easy and quick. A bonus for all of us Weight Watcher members- only 8 points for a great dinner. This will be a regular at my house!!

Great blend of flavors!!!! We chose to eat it warm as a main dish instead of cold as a salad! I did not use the red peppers, but cooking the asparagus in the salad sressing was great!!!!

THIS WAS A VERY GOOD DISH AND EASY TO PREPARE. THE NEXT TIME I MAKE IT I WILL USE A CLEAR VINEGAR TO MIX THE SALAD DRESSING. I USED A BALSAMIC AND IT TURNED THE DISH A DARK COLOR. TRY IT. YOU'LL LIKE IT.

I love this recipe...I made the full version for my family, and I made a low carb version for myself...I left the pasta out of my recipe...I can honestly saw I enjoyed mine just as much as my family did. I will definitely make this recipe again.

My family loved this! I served it hot, and used white wine in place of the vinegar in the salad dressing. We also used parmesan instead of feta chees. It's a keeper for me. I look forward to trying it cold as well!

I was suprised at the ease of preparing this dish. It was fancy enough for dinner guests and quick eough to make after work. Everyone enjoyed this dinner. The leftovers went so quickly---something that does not happen often in this house!!

Very easy dish to prepare & very good too. My husband loved it!! Next time I may try using frozen asparagus, even though fresh is better.
