Asparagus and Shrimp with Penne Pasta

Asparagus and Shrimp with Penne Pasta recipe

It's a 30-minute pasta dish. But with shrimp, asparagus and a saucy feta cheese dressing, it's as good for company as it is for weeknight-dinner rotation!

This was excellent, my husband is mostly a steak and potato kind of gut, so I was a little skeptical of trying this recipe, but he LOVED it (so did my kids-except for the red pepper in it). Definitely will make this one again.

This has become one of my signature dishes. Family members ask me to make it constantly and whenever I make it for someone who hasn't tried it yet, they always ask for the recipe. I highly recommend it, it is delicious and fairly easy to make.

My husband usually doesn't comment much on a 'new' recipe but this one he FLIPPED over! He told me not to lose the recipe and to make it again...often!
