My daughter and I had fun making these cookies. A very quick recipe, and extremly the best tasting chocolate chuck cookies we have made.

This may help people who have a problem with lack of flavor or salt in this recipe. I consider myself a pretty good baker and what I do when I think a recipe is going to be a little flat, I always use a tlbspn of peanut butter. You would be amazed to see what a difference this makes. It not only flavors but adds the salt you need. I rarely use salt in my recipes.

This is no doubt a delicious treat. but like alot of ppl. my concern is having a eatable dessert with out having so many calories. I'm a dreamer, I guess.

I made this and brought it to work and the cookies went very fast. I only put in a half cup of oats and it turned out good, also I used carmel/chocolate cips. They are addictive!
