Mine were cooked in 20 minutes, not 30-35. Tasted great except the bottoms were burned.

I made these for a seafood themed Christmas Eve party. I made them ahead and froze them and then heated them just before the party. I made a triple recipe and they were gone in less than 15 minutes. I am making them again for Christmas Eve this year.

An elegant appetizer that I have been making for years. Can be prepared ahead of time and then frozen. Simply reheat in oven.

Everyone loved them especially my 9 yr. old son. Even my 13 yr. old daughter who hates seafood.

I used this recipe over the holidays as a appetizer. It was really very good and went over big with the whole family.

This was the fastest and best 'gourmet like' appetizer that I had at my party. The best thing is that when people ask you if you made this you can say yes, and I made it from scratch too.
