Very tasty!
easy, affordable, and family really likes
My son-in-law shopped for the ingredients which are all easily available. I eliminated the sour cream as he doesn't want it in his food..and it was very tasty.
Very good and easy to make. My husband is a picky eater and said that he would definitely like for me to make it again. I only gave the recipe 4 stars since I added some of the recommendations. I made two layers. Each layer consisting of refried beans, cheese, taco meat, and tomatoes. Once prepared and baked I placed shredded lettuce, sour cream, and taco sauce on top. It is much easier to take left overs for work the next day.
This was great! Will make again.
This tasted great! However, my husband and I agree that for all the work put into it - we could have just made soft tacos and the only thing missing would be the crispiness on the edges. I won't be making this again and will probably delete it from my recipe box.
I made this dish last night. It was so easy. I did not have taco seasoning, so I used enchilada sauce (so it turned into more of an enchilada bake than taco), but it was surpurb! My husband is a very picky eater, but he absolutely loved this dish! I definitely plan on using other things in it next time and making it as a taco bake.
I made this for dinner tonight and it was awesome! I took the advice from other comments (added refried beans, made it in an 8 x 8 dish, created more layers) and added an extra ingredient of my own--half a can of corn (drained, or course). The only thing I might do differently next time is tear the tortillas up so that it is easier to serve. Definitely going to make this again!!
This was good. I read a lot of the comments first and used some of thier suggestions. I used an 8x8 dish and that make it thicker. I also used refried beans on top of the bottom layer of tortillas and the second layer. It was very good. You can easily make this recipe the way you or your family like it.
