This was a nice, quick recipe that tasted great. You could add some hot peppers if you wanted to add more heat to the dish.

Super easy and quick. I substituted a chipotle chicken seasoning packet and that kicked it up a notch.

I made this with canned chicken and extra cheese but otherwise followed the recipe. I did not use taco bell seasoning but a lower sodium story brand. It was very good. I didn't find it dry or too sweet. I have read the other reviews and when I make it again, I think I might add corn or beans but it's not that it needs it but would make it even better.

This was just delicious, my whole family enjoyed it and I served it with Spanish rice.

Not sure why, but when I made this dish it was moist enough that I didn't add the 3/4 cup of water the recipe calls for and it turned out perfect. This dish was even better the next day.

It was ok.... Since it is easy and quick would I make it again ya... in constant rotation... no. I found it to be a little bland... not "tacoee" enough.

Very good and what was left was even better the next day. This was very easy and quick to put together. I substituted spicy taco seasoning mix and that added a nice flavor. I like the idea of adding corn, tomatoes and beans and will give that a try next time.

WOW, what can I say, LOVED IT. I did do as others had mentioned, added corn, and a few other spices to enhance it. No left overs with this one.

This was great! My entire family loved it (4 year old twins and an 8 year old...so that's impressive). I added salsa to the meat mixture and used red peppers instead of green. I also added some corn. Will definitely make again.

This was a decent and easy dinner. My variation: I put the water, seasoning, and chicken in the slow cooker all day on low, and added onion, one can of black beans, and one can of corn (skipped the peppers). When it was done, I shredded the chicken, put the corn bread mix on top, and finished it off in the oven. During the last 10 minutes, I topped it off with cheddar cheese. The only thing I noticed is that despite the addition of corn and black beans, the ratio of cornbread to the rest of the mixture was still quite high. I might try to add a can of tomatoes next time to see if I get better results.
